Skin Care Tips

The skin is a very essential part of the human body. It prevents harmful substances from entering the body and protects body tissues from injury.

There are different types of skin - Oily, Normal, Dry and Sensitive skin. You need to determine your skin type. Proper skin care is dependent on the skin type. Maintaining a healthy skin boosts self-esteem and confidence. Experts agree that daily care of the skin reducing ageing process and produces a healthy looking skin. Most times, it seems like a difficult task taking care of the skin.

Here are some skin care tips that can make it easier.


Deep Cleansing of Skin

Deep Cleansing is the foundation of good skin! It is recommended to cleanse skin twice - first to remove any film of dirt, oil deposit, stale sweat, or make-up and secondly to clean the skin itself. You need to find a cleanser that your skin responds to.

Exfoliating should be done weekly as too much of it can age the skin. Use a gentle scrub with tiny grains.


Use Face Masks

Apply a deep cleansing purifying mask on your face and neck in a circular motion, leave on for 15 minutes and then splash with water. Massage and rinse off. This routine should be done weekly.


Moisturize Your Skin

The most important part of skin care is moisturizing. Moisturizers restore lost moisture and seal up the moisture in the skin. Meanwhile, be careful not to over moisturize.

When choosing a moisturizer consider one that smells nice and does not leave grease on the skin. A good moisturizer should not burn the skin.

Use Anti-Ageing Creams

As one gets older, skin care become more critical as your skin needs more help to look its best. Anti-ageing cream detoxes and delivers a concentrated vitamin boost for the skin.
